Owned and operated by the Greek Stamos family, Papa Pete’s opened their doors in 1991. The Taverna shares the same Greek and American food menu as its adjoining sister restaurant the Blue Dolphin. Featuring an extensive wine list, full liquor selection and four rotating beers on tap with nightly drink specials.
Though live music has always been a part of Papa Pete’s, the current three nights a week concert lineup started in 2003. As well as the usual lineup, other events are held throughout the week. Both national acts, and local artists are featured as are poetry slams.
